1. What is “Daily Challenge”?

The Daily Challenge service is a portal that allows access to an innovative web based set of daily mental exercises for speed, intelligence, hand to eye coordination, listening skills, memory, abstract thinking and general knowledge. The Service offers access to an HTML5 site available for Smartphone and advanced feature phone users. Upon successful renewal of subscription, users accessing the Daily Challenge portal are invited to complete the “challenge” of the day. By completing it, they earn points which are added to their overall points balance. Moreover, they collect gems depending on how well they performed against other players during the specific day.

2. What is the service duration?

This Service shall commence from March 29, 2022 and will be ongoing.

3. Who can enjoy the service?

Daily Challenge is open to residents of Malaysia that are at least 18 years and above old. The person that owns the SIM card or has expressed authorization from the SIM card’s owner to use it is considered as customer, regardless of the actual user of the phone.

4. How can I subscribe?

Customers can subscribe to Daily Challenge through advertising channels via the Internet.

5. What is the cost of subscription?

The subscription cost is RM5.00 per week (automatic renewal).

6. How can I unsubscribe from Language Learning?

If you wish to unsubscribe from Daily Challenge visit the website http://daychallenge.upp.st/ and enter your username (the respective mobile number) and password (received via SMS at the moment of subscription).
